What about shipping?
All snail mail is sent out a the end of the month. For example if you subscribe in January it will be sent out at the end of January.
All mail is sent 2nd class untracked.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
UK mail wait times approx 1 week.
International mail will take longer, please give it approx 3-4 weeks.
When do sign-ups close for each month?
Sign ups close on the last day of the month at midnight UK time. So for example, if you sign up anytime in January you will receive January's mail!
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can easily pause your subscription for a month or cancel if you wish in your subscription settings before your next charge date.
Do you sell old issues of Purl and Pen?
No, not at the moment. But I do plan on selling some stickers from previous months at the end of the year.
